Dear users,

For those who can not set up the memory of ImageJ to the maximum (i.e., 1640 Mo) whereas the available RAM on their computer is of more than 2 Gb, we may have found a solution king

By default Windows is set to use the minimum virtual size memory allowed by your computer. To use the full capacity of your system, you can do the following procedure:

Start > Settings > Control Panel > System
In the System Proprties window :
Select the tab Advanced and click on the button Settings of the Performance part
In the Performance options window :
Select the tab Advanced and click on the button Change
In the Performance options window :
Change the value for Initial size according to what is recommended in the Total paging file size for all drives part
Before pressing OK, click on the set button to save the new value as default

Now, you can launch Image J and set the maximum memory to 1640 Mo with success Smile , well at least it works well for us cheers
