ImageJ Macro Error Empty ImageJ Macro Error

Post  msutor on Mon Aug 02, 2010 7:38 pm

When we launch ImageJ and click on the green Z button, we now get the following error. A dialogue box opens with the window title Macro Error

begin index > end index in line 109

for (i = 0; i < data.length; i++) {val = data[i]; end = lengthOf(val); path display[i] = substring (...

We've tried restarting the computer but get the same error each time.

ImageJ Macro Error Empty Zooprocess starting error

Post  picheral on Wed Aug 04, 2010 4:03 pm

Hi Malinda,
I do not have much info to diagnose the problem but I suspect that you have one time started Zooprocess twice and the zooprocess.txt file from the Zooscan root folder might be corrupted.
You should open it and check it looks like :

Each line is linked to an existing project.
If you find something different, remove all text and enter two lines corresponding to one project. The second line can be a copy of the first one. Restart Zooprocess then.
