vginette extraction: File count limitation Empty vginette extraction: File count limitation

Hello all

I am extracting vignettes into the unsroted vignettes, and hit a problem with the number of files extracted into the folder. I strongly suspect it is the formatting of a FAT32 hard drive that causes the limitations, since the error occur in exactly the same spot every time - 16,383 files in the folder.
I have checked the vignette where the process stops, but it looks absolutely fine, and there's nothing unusual about any of the measurements in the PID data.
The error message received is:
Code:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: .....(file location).... (The directory or file cannot be created)

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm mainly wondering if you've found a good/sensible workflow or is it simply a matter of breaking up PID files from a single project into smaller chunks and saving them in individual folders?
