Number of pictures in XnView (resolu)

Hello,

I ha ve 2 questions.
I have a problem for extract vignettes from learningset.

I have created my learningset and learningset random 200 with no problem.

1) Can we put some files with a number of organisms less than 30 without problem with analysis by PkId ?

I do analysis by PkId, copy files Analysis.txt in Pig results.
I extract with no problem by Image J.
But when I want to validate in XnView, I have only 9 pictures on 312 extracted.

2) Someone could help me please ?

News on my problem

Ca fait une semaine que je cherche desesperement une solution.

Apres avoir essaye toutes les options et combinaisons possibles qui me sont passees par la tete, apres avoir recommence mon Learnset 3 fois, j'ai fini par installer et reinstaller les dernieres versions de ImageJ, Plankton Identifier et XnView.

Total: Je n'ai plus aucune image d'extraite.

De plus j'ai le message suivant qui apparait apres avoir lance ImageJ / EXTRACT vignettes in folders according to prediction / Extract vignettes from all dat1.txt files in Pid_results folder

Index (1) out of 0-0 range in line 274.
imagedat = entete [collabel <]>;

Use Zooprocess 7.06 and open .pid with Wordpad to replace NaN by 1.
