New tdm available:Test 2 (Random Forest).tdm
Dear Plankton Identifier Users
I have built a new tdm for those who want make a Test using the Random Forest method only:
Test 2 (Random Forest).tdm
This tdm allows you to keep time when you already know that the Random Forest method is the best method to analyse your data set, and that you only want to test the consequences of some modifications of your learning file (for instance, if you have increase the number of vignettes in one group or if you have decided to merge two groups together)
Since a tdm file is basically a text file, it can be created or edited using a simple text editor such as the notepad.
Copy the following (red part) in your text editor and save it as : Test 2 (Random Forest).tdm

Launch Plankton Identifier and select “Import Tanagra Data Mining diagram” in the “Tools” menu of the main window.
Select the newly created tdm file and click Open… The tdm file is copied in the appropriate subfolder and is now available in the select method box of the Data Analysis window.
