About separation using vignettes

Bonjour Marc,

j'aurais une question sur la fonction "Separation using control",

une fois que j'ai fait afficher le disque, je trace mes lignes de
séparation,
je fais ca pour chaque image où c'est nécessaire,
puis je clique sur 'No' pour sauvegarder les résultats, pourtant j'ai
toujours le meme nombre d'individus à la fin,
comment faire pour qu'il prenne en compte le séparations et reconsidére
les vignettes traitées, il faut relancer le process?

je ne sais pas si c'est normal mais le manuel ne correspond pas à ce qui
s'affiche a l'écran, pourtant j'ai la 5.12 et le manuel le plus récent,
celui distribué pendant le training

Hello Boris,
When you pressed "NO". It was written "Press No to process later"... You thus have to process again the image including the separation mask that you have created during the separation.
=> Convert and Process in batch mode / Process Image AND particles / Disable the "skip" options...

so you need to reprocess all the image,
it's not possible to process only the vignette in wich we are drawn a line of separation?

Dear Boris,
You must re process the WHOLE image because the objects numbers (linked to their position in the image) will change with the separation.
The separation mask will be added onto the VIS image in the image process before the particle process.
