Vuescan problem Empty Vuescan problem

After install all the versions programs to Biotom the Vuescan cannot run. All the Zooprocess ways until open the Vuescan it's ok, when we click for PREVIEW on Vuescan the program didn't work. Someone had this problem before? There is any solution or ways to know whta's happing?
