Rolling Ball Background Subtraction in v. 6.10
I keep getting processing errors when I try to use the rolling ball background subtraction method in the newest version of Zooprocess. Has this worked for anyone else?
Edit: I have some files that won't process at all. I get an error message telling me that the log file has been corrupted (which is true). If I replace the log file, I have the same problem. Also, in the temp_pid file, only the area is calculated. Other values are reported as NaN.
