What you can delete to save space on your computer / Backup
You have two options different choices to make.
The first is to decide what you have to backup to be able to re-process your data. In tis case you must keep :
- all zip files from the "raw" folder, providing that they all have a size of about 80% of the TIF images and that all TIF images have been zipped.
- txt files from the "raw" folder
- the "config" folder
- the "back" folder
- the "learn" file that you utilized for you predictions, you can also backup the "learning" folder.
- the "pid_results" folder provided that you have performed the "load identification" tool for all your validated vignettes.
If you also want to keep your working folders and delete a minimum to get your project usable without re-processing, you can delete :
- tif files from the "raw" folder after checking that you have zip files for all of them. this can be done every day after you process your images
- tif files from the "scan" folder
