Little help: "Convert & Process"

Dear sirs, I would like to ask you for a little help. After scanning the samples, when we are using the tool "Convert & Process" it shows the following error message: "no window with the title "Log" found”. We checked the _raw file and the "log" and "raw" files is within the “_raw” file (in the “Zooscan_scan” File). We tried renaming the files to... but it did not work. What can we do to solve the problem? Thank you very much!
