Hey guys,

I have just started using Zooscan and have run into a few technical difficulties. I have installed all necessary programmes for Zooprocess to work, however, when I click the 'Z' icon in ImageJ, the following error message keeps appearing (see link below).

How do I 'Manually correct the "zooprocess.txt" file?

Hi,
The displayed message tells you what to do to repair the Zooprocess.txt file. Just follow the explanations and Zooprocess will start again.
- quit ImageJ
- edit zooprocess.txt from the zooscan root folder (use note notepad or any other text editor)
- delete all text
- find the path of any Zooscan project
- copy and paste this path (twice) in the zooprocess.txt file
- close
- restart ImageJ
